Roulade of smoked salmon and tartare of salmon

Ingredients

3oz smoked salmon
2oz fresh salmon
2oz marinated salmon
1tsp dill
1tsp mayonnaise
1tsp natural yoghurt
tbsp of capers
tbsp chopped onions
tbsp chopped parsley
tbsp egg yolk
tbsp egg white

Method

Mix chopped fresh salmon and marinated salmon with the mayonnaise dill smoked salmon garnish and yoghurt and make roulade with the smoked salmon.
