"Food development has been an important part of my career to date. I am very excited to work with the Holroyd Howe team to deliver continued innovation and creativity for the pupils we serve in independent schools."

Alastair Storey, chairman of WSH, said: "I am delighted to welcome Lucy into the business. She brings with her a wealth of experience and a passion for food and nutrition. Equally important is Lucy's track record as a champion of training and development.
