Andrew Richardson becomes MD of Home House

Andrew Richardson has been promoted to managing director of London private members' club Home House.

Richardson has been general manager of the club since June 2008, after working as managing director across a portfolio of high-profile restaurants in Hong Kong.

Before that, he was executive chef at the Royal Berkshire Hotel in Ascot. Richardson was instrumental in the launch of the £5m extension of Home House into 21 Portman Square and the bar designed by female Iraqi designer Zaha Hadid.

A key element of his new role will be to develop the Home House brand in other locations.
