Mayfair boutique hotel Dukes St James London, has appointed Antonio Vigorito as the new food and beverage operations manager. He will manage Dukes' restaurant, Thirty Six by Nigel Mendham, as well as the Perrier Jouet lounge and the traditionally British Drawing room. Vigorito was previously at London Syon Park, a Waldorf Astoria hotel, and the five-star Romeo hotel in Naples, Italy.
