George Hotel Yarmouth hands head chef role to Liam Finnegan

The George Hotel in Yarmouth, Isle of Wight has appointed Liam Finnegan as head chef. Finnegan, aged 25, was previously sous chef at The Bath Priory and the two-Michelin-starred Gidleigh Park in Chagford, Devon.
