Macdonald Hotels & Resorts makes two new appointments to senior management team

Macdonald Hotels & Resorts has announced two new appointments to its senior management team.

Debbie Milburn (above) joins the group as head of marketing with more than eight years' experience in the hospitality, tourism and leisure industry, most recently as director of marketing for QHotels. In 2011, she won a marketing award for the QConferences dedicated website and helped QHotels achieve AA Eco Hotel Group of the Year.

Stephen Dodman (left) in his new role as revenue director oversees all revenue management including distribution and pricing, following several years with von Essen Hotels where he was most recently sales and marketing director. For the 17 years prior to that, he worked in several positions within the De Vere Group, including brand revenue manager and general manager.
