Malmaison and Hotel du Vin movers
Malmaison & Hotel du Vin has made a host of promotions at its hotels. Former Caterer Acorn winner Paul Boyce, who was general manager of the London Malmaison, has been promoted to group director of food and beverage for Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. Anthony Thwaites, general manager of Malmaison Belfast, will take on the same role at the Malmaison Charterhouse Square hotel in London next month. Scott Harper will become general manager of the new Malmaison Liverpool, which opens in the autumn. He is currently general manager of the Malmasion Manchester. Taking his place is Graham Bradford, who will be leaving his role as general manager at Leeds Malmaison. Mark Davies, operations manager at the Manchester Malmaison, is also on the move and will become general manager of the Belfast Malmaison next month. Gemma Palmer, operations manager at Newcastle Malmaison, will replace Davies at Manchester. House manager Adam Thompson, who was at Hotel du Vin Birmingham, has joined Hotel du Vin Winchester as deputy general manager. Emma Lloyd, who has just finished the graduate programme at Malmaison London, is off to Birmingham as house manager to replace Thompson.
