Martin Rogers appointed director of property agent Savills

Martin Rogers has been appointed as a director of property agent Savills, based in its Exeter office. With over 30 years' experience from roles at Waycotts and Knight Frank, where he was head of hotels, and most recently Von Essen Hotels where he was the estates and acquisitions director, Rogers will focus on growing Savills' hotel presence in the South-west. He will also assist the wider agency team in servicing the increasing volume of regional UK hotels that are due to be brought to the market in 2012.
