Nick Walley has joined Ellenborough Park, Cheltenham, as operations manager. Reporting directly to the GM, he is responsible for all day-to-day operations and standards, with a particular focus on food and beverage, including the Brasserie, the fine-dining Beaufort Dining Room, conferences, banqueting and room service. Walley joins from the Vineyard at Stockcross with more than 10 years' experience that also includes stints at the Ritz in London, Hampshire's Chewton Glen and the Hilton Group.
