Revpar soars by nearly 37% at London hotels

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 36.63% in the week ending 13 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar climbed to £109.77, up from £80.34 during the equivalent week of 2007.

Occupancy grew by 12.29 percentage points to 80.08% while average room rate increased by 15.67% to £137.07 compared with £118.50 in the corresponding week of 2007.
