Splendid Hospitality appoints regional operations manager
Splendid Hospitality Group, the developer and operator of 19 hotels, has appointed Andrew Kendrick as regional operations manager.
The group's current portfolio includes the 256-bedroom Conrad London St. James and the five-AA-star, 107-bedroom Grand Hotel & Spa York.
With almost 10 years' experience, Kendrick will be in charge of seven of the group's hotels including the independent 34-bedroom New Ellington Leeds hotel, as well as properties operating under the the Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express brands.
He has joined Splendid from the 116-bedroom Aloft Liverpool where he was general manager, responsible for the pre-opening and opening of the hotel.
Kendrick said: "I am excited about my new role with Splendid Hospitality which offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of hotels, both branded and independent. I will be working with the team to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and that the group's values and ethos are shared across my portfolio."
