London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) rocket by 35.6% in the week ending 26 March, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar soared to £98.53, down from £72.66 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy increased by nine percentage points to 83.3% while average room rate rose by 20.9% to £118.25, up from £97.84 in the corresponding week of 2005.
