Two Holiday Inn Express hotels on the market for £13.5m

The 120-bedroom Holiday Inn Express Kettering and the 103-bedroom Holiday Inn Express Preston South have been put on the market for £8m and £5.5m respectively.

Both properties are being offered for sale freehold with vacant possession and benefit from franchise agreements with InterContinental Hotels Group.

Cushman & Wakefield was instructed by a private investor to market the properties, which also include a restaurant, bar and meeting rooms.

Richard Candey, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "These two Holiday Inn Express hotels present a great investment opportunity. Both boast strong trading performance and have continued growth prospects."
