Former Texture head chef Ollie Dabbous has opened his first solo venture together with mixologist Oskar Kinberg, who previously managed the Cuckoo Club. Located on Whitfield Street, Dabbous offers a menu of small plates with seasonal produce and light, clean flavours at its heart.
