Turner: "maintaining a presence"
Chef Brian Turner is opening a 36-seat restaurant at the Copthorne Hotel in Slough. The Turners Grill restaurant, which opened today, has been created by Turner and the hotel's executive chef Robert Prendergast. The restaurant replaces the existing restaurant at the hotel, which has been refurbished and rebranded. It will serve a range of speciality grill dishes in what has been described as a "traditional British" vein. Turner, said M&C, will maintain a presence at the restaurant, visiting it regularly to oversee the cooking and ensuring standards are maintained. by Nic Paton Buy this week's *Caterer* magazine for more industry news and analysis
