Just Falafel to open flagship Fulham Broadway site

Just Falafel is to open a new flagship site in Fulham Broadway on 17 December.

The company, which claims to be the world's largest expanding falafel restaurant group, will have six UK sites once its Fulham Broadway restaurant opens. It will join Monmouth Street, Baker Street, Hammersmith, Charing Cross and East Croydon.

Just Falafel largely runs on a franchise model, but the new site will be company-owned.

The 1,600 square-foot, 36-seater restaurant, will be located next to organic foods supermarket chain Whole Foods Market, which is due to open in Spring 2014.

Just Falafel Fulham Broadway will feature a new interior design, using natural materials and a palette of warm colours. It will open from 7.00am - 11.00pm, 7 days a week, creating 20 jobs.

Just Falafel UK & Ireland chief executive Michael Biggins said: "We're very pleased to be expanding our restaurant portfolio with the addition of Just Falafel in Fulham Broadway. The local area is a popular destination for health-conscious, discerning shoppers, as well as local residents who want to relax and enjoy a break and commuters looking for a quick bite on the go. This will be our sixth UK opening this year and because this site is company-owned, it will give us the flexibility to experiment with the menu and overall offering. We're confident that customers will love the new look and we look forward to welcoming them over the next few months."
