This is the second London restaurant by Christoffer Hruskova, who also owns Fig in Islington. Located on St John Street in Clerkenwell, it offers a modern European menu focused on British ingredients with Nordic influences from the chef's native Denmark.

Menu Modern European - dishes include cured native lobster, buttermilk, horseradish, sea shore herbs and vinaigrette; venison rolled in burnt hay with raw and salt-baked beetroot and smoked bone marrow; and sheep's milk yogurt with Douglas fir pine and muesli.
