Reborn Quo Vadis proves a hit with Sunday Times critic

Sam and Eddie Hart's latest venture Quo Vadis has proved a hit with the Sunday Times' food critic AA Gill, who calls it a "very good restaurant" in his latest review.

The famously acerbic critic is impressed with both the service and the food at the Soho venue, adding: "What more could you ask for?"

Meanwhile the Observer's Jay Rayner praises Tom Illic's eponymous restaurant in Battersea, south London, saying the Serbian chef "does things with meat that'll set your tongue wagging".

The Independent's John Walsh likes the atmosphere and service at The Botanist on Sloane Square but is less impressed with the food, while the Guardian's Matthew Norman enjoys Number One Café calling it an "obscure little treasure".
