Redemption opens clean-eating flagship in Seven Dials after crowdfunding drive
Clean eating concept Redemption has launched its flagship site in Seven Dials, the third site in the brand's portfolio, following a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2018.
The West End outpost at 15 Shorts Garden/2 Neal's Yard incorporates a 45-cover restaurant in a 1,629 sq ft site, designed by architect Atelier Khan. The flagship will continue the brand's commitment to alcohol-free, sugar-free, gluten-free dishes with a focus on vegan, wholefood menu options, and an alcohol-free bar offering mocktails, beers, wines and spirits.
The launch follows a successful crowdfunding campaign in May 2018. The brand managed to raise £311,270 from 328 investors to launch two new sites - their flagship and another as-yet unopened location in central London.
Catherine Salway, CEO of Redemption said: "The vibrant district of Seven Dials offers high footfall with international recognition and appeal, for our London flagship restaurant.
"We are pleased to offer Seven Dials' visitors our brand promise of ‘spoil yourself without spoiling yourself' through our alcohol-free drinks and plant-based menus, for the consistently increasing market of clean eating."
