Tragus to sell 12 Cafe Rouge and Strada sites

Restaurant group Tragus is to sell a total of 12 restaurants including several branches of Cafe Rouge and Strada.

The company, which has instructed property agent Fleurets to market the properties, said the outlets no longer formed part of its core development plans and their disposal was part of a longer-term growth strategy.

The restaurants are:

Bella Italia, Cheltenham (High St)
Cafe Rouge, Brentwood
Cafe Rouge, Chiswick
Cafe Rouge, Clapham
Cafe Rouge, Ealing
Cafe Rouge, Liverpool (Met Quarter)
Cafe Rouge, Spinningfields
Ortega, Milton Keynes
Strada, Brighton
Strada, Guildford
Strada, Nottingham (Corner House)
Strada, West Hampstead
