Turner-nominated artist to redesign Gallery restaurant at Pierre Gagnaire's sketch

Turner Prize nominated artist David Shrigley is set to re-design the Gallery restaurant at Pierre Gagnaire's Sketch in London.

The new design is due to launch in February 2014.

Shrigley's installation follows former Turner Prize winning artist Martin Creed's work at the site, which opened in February 2012.

Shrigley's transformation will be second in the long-term programme of artist-conceived restaurants at Sketch.

The artist will aim to create an environment that is at once an exhibition, an artwork and a restaurant, working with Gagnaire to create a brand new menu.
