Le Petit Max in south-west London has teamed up with celebrated Italian chef and writer Valentina Harris.
Harris has joined the restaurant as a consultant to work alongside head chef Simon Gale.
Owner Patrick Jefferson said the partnership was designed to develop the restaurant's menus. "We're refining the way we cook French food to make it lighter and incorporate more Italian flavours," he said.
Le Petit Max opened two years ago and was awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmande eralier this year.
Max Renzland, who initially worked as a consultant alongside Gale, left the business nearly a year ago.
