The chef of Mayfair's BiBi talks about what his Menu of the Year award victory meant to him
When Chet Sharma worked at three-Michelin-starred restaurant L'Enclume, he saw the restaurant's Catey awards on the shelf and one day aspired to have his own.
In 2022, that dream came true – he took home the trophy for Menu of the Year on behalf of his restaurant in London's Mayfair, BiBi.
