£200-worth of Russum's vouchers up for grabs from Dolmio supplier Mars Foodservice

Dolmio is giving caterers the chance to win £200 worth of vouchers to spend with a catering supplies specialist as part of its launch of a pair of time-saving lasagne sauces.

The first reader to be drawn will win the chance to browse the Russums website and load their online basket with everything from lasagne gastronorms to chefs' whites.

Sarah Gray, marketing manager for Dolmio, said lasagne sauces were the most requested development in food service and the rich, flavoursome products were more than just a "red and white" sauce.

"The Dolmio Tomato sauce, which is 76% tomato-based, builds on the success of Dolmio's best-selling Bolognese and Tomato & Basil sauce, but is smoother in consistency to make it the ideal component in building up this classic Italian dish," said Gray.
