Details The four-sided hood design means cheaper installations, no need for a ventilation canopy and savings of up to 3kW an hour in energy consumption. AUP machines now feature a deep-clean cutlery cycle, an intensive wash cycle for baked on food, and a Vapo Rinse ECO system that uses just 1.6 litres of water. Optimised rinse efficiency slashes running costs on AMX machines, which can save schools almost £700 a year in energy, water and chemical use.
