Award-winning Belgian frozen digestive glass supplier targets UK market
A Belgian company that has won the country's first Taste of the Year Awards for its frozen digestive glasses has its sights set firmly on the UK market.

The eight flavours include Whisky Cream-Coffee, Whisky Caramel, Amaretto Chocolate, Curacao-Cointreau-Mango, Exotic Rum, Calvados Pear, Irish Coffee, and Amaretto-Tiramisu.
Rolph & Rolph also supplies a wide choice of sweet and savoury glasses that offer subtle, layered combinations of taste and texture. They are deep-frozen at -18oC to preserve their organoleptic qualities so they taste the same as freshly-made products after thawing, which takes about one-and-a-half hours.
The flavour combinations include Apricot-Gingerbread, Coconut Cream-Mango Coulis, Duck-Fennel-Fig, Foie Gras-Apple, and Pesto-Tapenade-Mozzarella,

The 500g frozen piping bags - available in Chocolate, Almond, Chocolate Moelleux, and Apple & Cinnamon flavours - are ready to be baked in any size or form four hours after defrosting at room temperature.
