Balsamic vinegar and glaze trio from Gourmet Classic

Product Balsamic Vinegars

USP The new line includes a premium PGI Balsamic Vinegar with full accreditation from the Consortium of Producers of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and a glaze that contains a special ingredient developed by Spain's renowned chef Ferran Adrià to help maintain consistency in taste and texture.

Details The Balsamic of Modena vinegar has an intense bittersweet taste with a complex flavour and heady aroma that works well with sweet and savoury dishes. The more commercially-made Balsamic Vinegar satisfies higher-volume use as a cooking ingredient while the Balsamic Glaze (containing 90% balsamic vinegar) gives a full-flavoured, rich glossy finish that is thick enough to hold its shape without forming a skin.

How supplied Balsamic Vinegar 5-litre bottle - £8.99; Balsamic of Modena 2-litre bottle - £5.99; Balsamic Glaze 500ml bottle - £4.99.
