Brambles pear-based ciders from Halewood

Brambles is a new pear-based cider from Halewood that aims to extend the rather limited on-trade choice of ciders for its target market of 25 to 45-year-old C1 and C2 women. According to Halewood, fruit-based ciders represent 33% of cider sales.

Brambles, which has an abv of 5.5%, comes in 74cl bottles in two varieties - rosé and white grape flavours. They can be served in a straight glass or a wine glass, with or without ice.

Brambles is the latest in a series of innovative drinks from Halewood in the past six months that includes Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer, Lambrini Rosé, Lamb's Spiced Rum and a range of soft drinks.
