Four sous-vide-style main courses have been added to 3G Food Service's selection of chilled and frozen foods.
The traditional British dishes include Cumberland, Cranberry & Orange Meatballs (5 x 45g), Lamb Henry in Port & Cranberry Gravy (405g), Roast Turkey Slices with Sausage, Sage & Onion Stuffing (340g) and Beef Stew (400g).
The Cumberland, Cranberry & Orange Meatballs are made with seasoned pork in sweet cranberry and red onion gravy. The Lamb Henry in Port & Cranberry Gravy contains slow-cooked New Zealand lamb shoulder. The Roast Turkey Slices with Sausage, Sage & Onion Stuffing comes with a rich cranberry gravy.
All dishes can be cooked and served from frozen in less than 20 minutes.
