USP Delice has collected more than 200 products - many of them new - into a guide to help caterers capitalise on the UK's growing café culture. It includes tips on what sells best at different times of the day.

Details New lines include the Café Gourmand selection of miniature sweet treats such as Mini Macaroons in six flavours, sets of six different Mini Petits Fours Tartlets and the nine-strong range of Luxury Petits Fours. There are also pre-portioned cakes (including Praline & Chocolate Bundt and Duo of Chocolate & Mint Truffle Cheesecake); a Wrapped to Go line of individually-wrapped cookies, flapjacks, shortbreads brownies, cake bars and muffins; and the savoury Cheese Twist and Sausage & Onion Slice.
