Bisto is urging operators across the industry to support Jus-Rol's British Pie Week by showcasing their top-selling pie dishes on their menus this winter and spring.
According to recent independent research by Bisto, beef remains the most popular pie filling, with a resounding 53% of venues across a sample of UK pubs and restaurants, offering a beef pie on their menu.
Chicken comes in at number two, although only 20% of caterers offer a poultry pie.

"Making pies from scratch is always more cost effective and is a real selling point with customers and make sure you promote the branded ingredients."
