Details This collection of 16 thaw-and-serve cookies, brownies, slices, flapjacks and tulip muffins are designed as grab-and-go lines for coffee shops, contract caterers and travel and leisure outlets.

USP The bakery lines are frozen rather than ambient to reduce additives and increase shelf life. They are individually wrapped in an innovative Inteflex packaging (parchment acetate laminate with an air-tight seal) also to lengthen shelf life and ensure products remain moist or chewy after defrosting.

Range Cookies (packs of 30) - four varieties, including White Belgian Chocolate Chunk and Raspberry; tulip muffins (packs of 24) - seven flavours including Lemon Meringue and Blueberry Crumble; brownies, slices and flapjacks (packs of 20) -five items, including Carrot Cake and Millionaires Shortbread slices.
