Crisp flavour championship from Walkers

05 May 2010

Kicking off this month is the Walkers Flavour Cup, a multi-million pound quest to discover the world's most popular crisp flavour. A TV, online and mobile campaign will encourage consumers to try all the 15 internationally-inspired new Walkers flavours and then support their favourite by joining an online fan club, where they can win prizes.

Supporters that upload videos or photos become Superfans, with the best from each 15 fan clubs standing to win £10,000.

The competing flavours include: English Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding, Argentinean Flame-Grilled Steak, Japanese Teriyaki Chicken, French Garlic Baguette, Dutch Edam Cheese, American Cheeseburger, Brazilian Salsa and German Bratwurst Sausage (single and multi-packs); and Italian Spaghetti Bolognese, South African Sweet Chutney, Australian BBQ Kangaroo, Spanish Chicken Paella, Irish Stew, Welsh Rarebit, and Scottish Haggis (multi-packs only).

Additionally, four variety six-packs will feature flavours from the Americas, Northern Europe, Southern Europe and the rest of the world.
