Cuppy canapé cases from Pidy

Gourmet pastry specialist Pidy has introduced its European Cuppy to the UK catering and foodservice sector as a value-for-money line which will help to keep costs down.
The delicate yet robust pastry canapé cases use a neutral pastry that is suitable for sweet or savoury fillings and remains light and crisp whether served hot or cold.
The shells have a 5cm (2in) diameter and come in two shapes: Flower, with a petal-shaped edge; and Canapé, with fluted sides and a traditional rustic finish.
They can be used for pre-dinner nibbles, cocktail accompaniments, and large functions.
Cuppys are sold in packs of 140, 280 or 560 cases which have a 12-month shelf-life when stored in dry, ambient conditions.
