It's a fun dessert, ideal as a sharing option, made with a salted caramel, a chocolate and a fruit purée dip.
1kg Aviko Sweet Potato Fries
250ml Dolce de Leche (caramel paste)
Coarse sea salt
250ml dark chocolate sauce (ready-made)
Heat the Dolce de Leche and combine with sea salt to taste for a salted caramel dip.
Purée the fresh fruits into a dip.
Fry the Aviko Sweet Potato Fries following the instructions on the pack.
Serve the dips in small bowls with a generous helping of Aviko Sweet Potato Fries. Include extra fruit for dipping, such as kiwi, strawberries or banana.
