WMF's new EPOS 1600 cutlery line features a "stand on its edge" blade (pictured), although caterers seeking a more traditional look can opt for a regular knife from the Casino range.
EPOS cutlery is made from patented Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel that is dishwasher-safe and resistant to corrosion and can be silver-plated to hotel standard. The pieces are balanced to sit comfortably in the hand and on the side of the plate.
The serrated knives do not need sharpening and comprise a hollow handle and separate blade, which is made from forged and hardened chromium molybdenum steel for superior, but still springy, cutting and a longer life.
