Peach Pubs to lose partner in two of its most successful pubs
The joint venture partner who runs two of Peach Pubs'](http://www.peachpubs.com/) most successful sites is to leave the business.
Adam Saunders, who is in charge of the [Fishes ](http://www.fishesoxford.co.uk/)near Oxford and the [Fleece ](http://www.fleecewitney.co.uk/)in Witney, is set to immigrate to Australia with his Australian wife in September.
Peach co-founder Lee Cash told Caterer that the business had yet to find a replacement for Saunders, at a time when the firm was considering further expansion in the area.
The company operates an unusual business model which generally sees the people who run its pubs take a stake in the businesses and share in the profits.
Cash indicated that the company would now be on the hunt to find a replacement for Saunders to start running the two venues, both of which are already profitable, by the start of the New Year. "This would be a cracking opportunity to get in at low risk to a business that's already profitable. I think it would really appeal to a great London multi-site manager who has just had their first kid and thinks it is time to get out of town," he said.
