Expanded fresh fish range from 3663

The fresh fish offering at 3663 has been expanded nearly eightfold, from 44 to 350, to cater for growing consumer demand for healthy, low-calorie menus and a 7.5% increase in fish consumption in the food service market, which is now worth £584m a year.

The line-up now includes 60 species of fresh fish including trout, salmon, sea bass, Dover and lemon sole, haddock, mahi mahi, red snapper, and halibut, along with fresh shellfish and cephalopods.

The fish can be supplied fresh or kitchen-ready - boned, skinned, filleted or cut to specific requests.

From this month, all 3663 fresh fish orders can be delivered with regular food orders, with next-day delivery guaranteed on orders placed before 4pm.
