FEM becomes UK master-distributor for Alto-Shaam

FEM will carry the full range of Alto-Shaam products, which includes cook-and-hold ovens, smokers, combitherm ovens, convection ovens, rotisseries, fryers, heated holding cabinets and drawers, and merchandising and display cases.

Among the new lines earmarked for launch in the coming months is the AS-250 cook-and-hold oven, which packs the brand's Halo Heat low-temperature cooking technology into a countertop model no larger than a microwave oven.

Alto-Shaam joins a roster of brands distributed by FEM that include Cambro, Hamilton Beach, Manitowoc Ice Machines, Prince Castle, Sirman and Vollrath.
