Fillets and scallops from Brakes

Pangasius Fillets and Black Pearl Scallops are the newest additions to the Brakes seafood menu.
Pangasius is a freshwater white fish (a type of catfish) that is a fraction of the cost of over-fished cod or haddock. It is sold in packs of 30 in two size ranges - from 140g to 170g, and from 170g to 200g.
The super-sweet scallops - exclusive to Brakes and available in 1kg packs - are high in protein and low in fat and can be pan-fried before adding to salads, pasta or risottos.
