The Nestlé Professional Chef range includes fonds, fumets and jus that can be used as stand-alone stocks and sauces or as a base for chefs to get creative with.

The dehydrated format of the fumet eliminates chilling, reducing the risk of contamination and removing the critical control point.

The range includes Fumet de Poisson (fish stock), Fond Blanc de Volaille (white chicken stock), Fond Brun Clair (basic brown stock), Fond de Legumes (vegetable stock), Jus d'Agneau (lamb jus), Jus de Veau (thickened veal jus) and Jus de Poulet (chicken jus).
