Five fish lines are available in the Young's Natural Range, which offers fresh fish that are quickly frozen in order to retain their delicate flavours.

Line-caught by local fisherman in the Indian Ocean, the tuna steaks (8 x 200g) are hand-cut and frozen to retain their texture and flavour.

The sardines (8 x 500g) are caught in an artisanal fishery off the Cornish coast while the Patagonian scallops (8 x 200g) are sourced from the sandy sea beds of the MSC-approved fishery the south-west Atlantic Ocean.

The scallops are removed from their shells and frozen within 30 minutes of leaving the water.

The hake fillets (30 x 110-130g) are caught just off the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa from an MSC-certified sustainable fishery.
