Fruit bouquets from PassionLeaf

Caterers seeking a stunning centrepiece that doubles as an unusual dessert should check out PassionLeaf, which supplies a wide range of hand-sculpted floral bouquets made from fresh fruit on individual skewers. The bouquets, which are delivered on time in refrigerated vans, come in six basic sizes that range from petite (for five people) to party (for 25), assuming that each person eats between seven to 10 skewers.
The Retro bouquet, for example, costs between £35 for a petite course and £123 for a party-sized order.
There are currently 12 edible displays in the range, but new designs can be created for specific events.
