Andi Redwood, the founder and managing director of http://www.thechefclub.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Fusion Catering Solutions](http://www.fusioncateringsolutions.co.uk/), is the latest chef to sign up as an ambassador for [Nestlé Professional's](http://www.nestleprofessional.com/uk/en/Pages/Home.aspx) Chef Club
The club was designed to support gifted young chefs with access to industry veterans, offers, promotions, events and masterclasses and has already attracted Michelin-starred support from [Simon Hulstone ](http://www.caterersearch.com/Articles/2011/05/19/338340/simon-hulstone-becomes-an-ambassador-for-nestls-chef-club.html)of Torquay's Elephant restaurant and [Tom Kerridge](http://www.caterersearch.com/Articles/2011/04/06/337744/Tom-Kerridge-becomes-Nestl233s-first-Chef-Club-ambassador.htm), chef-patron of the Hands & Flowers in Marlow.
As an executive head chef, Redwood was providing up to 35,000 meals a day at key sporting events. He now focuses on perfecting menus for guests at [Northbrooke Park](http://www.northbrookpark.co.uk/) near Farnham in Surrey
