Fussels Fine Foods has marked the second anniversary of its extra virgin rapeseed oil with the launch of a 20-litre container for the catering trade.
The oil is also available in five-litre cans. It is pressed and bottled in Rode, North Somerset, providing a British alternative to olive oil. It is suitable for frying, baking and roasting or as a base for marinades and dressings.
The oil is described as having a subtle taste that doesn't mask the flavour of other ingredients, and has a higher smoking point than olive oil.
