25 September 2008 by
Galileo 350 meat slicer from Apuro

The high-power Galileo 350 meat slicer from Apuro is designed to provide chefs, butchers, and deli owners with exceptional protection and high performance.

A built-in blade guard ring and plexi hand protection shield the operator.

The heavy-duty, Italian-made slicer uses a 290W motor and 350mm blade, with cut thickness adjustable from paper-thin salami slices to 30mm chunks of ham.

The carriage has more space than rival models to prevent damage to longer meat items.

A removable product pusher and a wide distance between blade and machine body allow thorough cleaning.

The slicer is supplied with four short legs with large non-slip feet, but can be specified without legs.

It is sold with Apuro's one-year parts and labour warranty.

To buy it, call 0121-744 0968 Apuro
