It's Fish! is a range of 15 fish and seafood dishes from Atlantic Foods aimed at helping caterers angling for the £5.2b seafood market to meet the public's growing demand for more adventurous fare.
The meals are frozen to preserve freshness and prevent waste and are easy to prepare so that caterers can offer more exotic, premium-priced meals than time would normally allow.
They include Yellowfin Tuna Steaks, Thai Fish Soup and Black Cod Darnes. Serving suggestions include battering the Pacific Cod with a local ale and combining the Coconut Breaded Butterfly Shrimp with Atlantic's Mango & Chilli Dressing for a tangy starter.
