Knorr Stock Reduction is a home-made-style jelly made from reduced meat stock or vegetable juice that can be spooned easily and dissolved quickly in boiling water.

Available in beef, chicken and vegetable varieties, the stock reduction contains no added MSG, hydrogenated oils, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is suitable for lactose- and gluten-free diets. It is supplied in two 800g cases and has a nine-month shelf life unopened, or three months refrigerated once opened.

Elsewhere in the range, Knorr Clear Bouillon adds flavour without altering the colour of dishes and comes in clear chicken, clear vegetable and clear fish varieties, supplied in two 1kg cases.

Recently reformulated, the Knorr Concentrated Finishing Bouillon adds colour as well as flavour and includes roasted shallot, shellfish, sweet red pepper, porcini mushroom, beef and chicken varieties.

The bouillons are supplied in two 500ml cases and contain no added MSG, artificial colours or preservatives and have a reduced salt level to meet Government targets.
