Last call for chef teams to Enter Britain's Best Brigades 2016

Chef teams have until midday on 25 April 2016 to enter Essential Cuisine's search for Britain's Best Brigades.

If you have a kitchen brigade who pride themselves on their camaraderie, skill and teamwork visit for the chance to scoop the title, £1,000 cash and a bespoke menu development masterclass with a leading UK chef.

The panel of judges includes Alan Bird, chef-patron of Bird of Smithfield; Matt Davies, executive chef of the Lewis Partnership and British Culinary Federation chairman; and Essential Cuisine managing director Nigel Crane.

The final eight videos will be put to a public vote to decide which brigade should be crowned Britain's best.
