Two vegetarian tarts and a selection of premium Continental bread rolls are part of the Mediterranean offer from Whites, the exclusive 3663 First for Foodservice brand.

The Feta and Pesto Tartlet, which is sold in 16 x 120g packs, is made from hand-finished black olive and rosemary pastry filled with pesto sauce and Greek feta cheese. It will reheat in the oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes from defrost or at 180°C for 12-14 minutes from frozen.

The Whites Mediterranean Vegetable Tart with Dolcellate is an all-butter pastry case filled with artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, mozzarella and balsamic tomato sauce topped with sliced chargrilled aubergines and finished with sweet Italian Dolcellate cheese. The tart, sold in packs of 12 x 345g, oven-bakes at 190°C for 20-25 minutes from frozen.

The artisan bread rolls, par-baked in stone ovens, are supplied in packs of 90 x 45g and will cook from frozen at 180°C in six to eight minutes. Options include Fusette (a mini French baguette), Petit Pan Rustique (a mini square crusty bread) and Triangle Olive, a mini ciabatta-style bread made with green olives.
